1. Conduct in-depth research on the market dynamics, competitive situation and industry development trends of medical devices, and formulate practical and feasible sales strategies and annual sales plans in combination with the company's strategic goals and resource conditions.
2. Determine the sales target market, target customer group and key product areas, clarify the sales strategy and market positioning, and provide a clear direction and goal for the sales team.
3. Build, train and manage an efficient sales team, including recruiting and selecting outstanding sales personnel, formulating reasonable salary and incentive mechanisms, and stimulating the team's enthusiasm and creativity.
4. Guide and supervise the daily work of the sales team, including customer visits, sales negotiations, contract signing and other links, to ensure the standardization and efficiency of the sales process.
5. Regularly organize sales team training and experience-sharing activities to enhance the professional knowledge and sales skills of team members, and cultivate the team's spirit of cooperation and cohesion.
6. Establish and maintain good customer relationships, keep close communication and cooperation with key customers, analyze changes in customer needs and market trends, and expand new customer resources.
7. Establish scientific and reasonable sales performance assessment indicators and incentive mechanisms, regularly evaluate and analyze the performance of the sales team, promptly identify problems and gaps, and take effective measures to improve them.
8. Formulate marketing promotion plans and brand-building strategies, organize participation in industry exhibitions, academic conferences, product promotion meetings and other activities to enhance the company's brand awareness and product market share.
9. Collect market information and the dynamics of competitors, analyze market demands and product advantages, and provide reference basis for product research and development and market positioning.
1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in medicine, bioengineering, marketing or related fields is preferred.
2. Candidates should have over 8 years of sales experience in the medical device industry and more than 5 years of sales team management experience, and be familiar with the sales channels, customer demands and competitive situation of the medical device market.
3. Possess excellent sales skills and negotiation abilities;
4. Be capable of recruiting, training and developing members of the sales team to enhance the overall sales capabilities of the team;
5. Possess excellent communication skills and be capable of effectively communicating and coordinating with various internal departments (such as R&D, production, marketing, etc.) as well as external clients and partners.
6. Be able to withstand the pressure and challenges at work, maintain a positive working attitude and a high sense of responsibility;
7. Possessing innovative thinking and pioneering spirit, one can constantly explore new sales models and market opportunities.
