1. In accordance with the standards and regulatory requirements of the medical device industry, conduct conceptual design and scheme planning for new products to ensure their innovation and clinical applicability.
2. Utilize professional design software to complete the structural design of medical devices and other tasks, ensuring the stable performance, safety and reliability of the products.
3. Conduct a feasibility analysis and risk assessment of the design plan, and propose optimization and improvement measures to enhance the quality and manufacturability of the product.
4. Develop a project plan for the development of medical device products, clearly define project goals, tasks, schedules and resource requirements, and ensure the project is completed on time.
5. Organize and coordinate project team members, rationally allocate work tasks, and solve technical problems and conflicts during the project development process.
6. Assist in handling technical issues during the product registration and application process, and provide necessary technical documents and materials.
7. Work closely with departments such as marketing, sales, and production to understand customer needs and market feedback, and convert them into product design requirements.
1. A bachelor's degree or above is required, with a major in mechanical Design, Manufacturing and automation, Biomedical engineering, electronic information engineering, electrical engineering and Automation or related fields.
2. Proficient in design software such as CAD, CAM and CAE, capable of conducting structural design, circuit design and software design for medical devices. Possessing excellent innovative thinking and design concepts, one can design competitive products based on market demands and clinical applications.
3. Be familiar with knowledge in engineering and technical fields such as mechanical principles, electronic technology, and materials science, and have an understanding of the manufacturing processes and production procedures of medical devices. Be capable of solving technical problems in the design process to ensure the performance and quality of the product.
4. Possess project management capabilities, capable of formulating project plans, controlling project progress, managing project resources and risks. Be capable of effective communication and coordination with team members, suppliers and customers to ensure the smooth completion of the project.
5. Have more than 5 years of working experience in medical device design or related fields, and be familiar with the relevant regulations and standards of medical devices.
6. Possess strong stress resistance and learning ability, be able to quickly master new knowledge and skills, and adapt to the development and changes of the industry.
