◆ According to the overall strategic goals of the company and market trends, assist the R&D director in formulating the strategic plan of the R&D department;
◆ Organize the planning of R&D projects, submit project initiation applications, and participate in the project initiation review work;
◆ Be responsible for the project initiation of R&D projects, and organize the team to conduct market research and technical feasibility studies;
◆ Formulate a detailed R&D project plan, including project goals, scope, schedule, budget allocation, personnel division of labor and quality standards, etc.
◆ Participate in the research and development of key technologies for various projects, provide technical guidance and support to the R&D team, and help team members solve technical problems;
◆ Regularly track the project progress, implement management and monitoring of the product development process, and strictly control the project quality;
◆ Organize the project acceptance work to ensure that the project achievements reach the expected goals;
◆ Formulate the recruitment plan for the R&D department and participate in the recruitment process, including screening resumes, interviewing candidates, evaluating skills and qualities, etc.
◆ Be responsible for the management of the R & D department, accurately convey the instructions from superiors, and implement and supervise the training plans of the staff in this department.
◆ Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
◆ College degree or above in Biomedical engineering, Medical Device Engineering, Mechanical Design, Manufacturing and Automation, etc.
◆ More than 3 years of experience in team management or product R&D organization and management;
◆ Have all the basic knowledge of computer software major;
◆ Master common software tools: CAD, CAEr, Photoshop, CorelDraw, Project, etc.
◆ Master project management knowledge, be familiar with the development process of R&D projects, and possess the ability to organize and coordinate the development of projects.
