◆ Assist the manager of the R&D department in participating in the research and analysis of R&D projects;
◆ According to the planning of the R&D project of the project department, design and develop the products of the R&D project;
◆ Be responsible for making and developing product samples, and conducting various experiments and tests on them;
◆ Record all the experimental data, design ideas, technical parameters and other information in detail, and write project documents;
◆ Be responsible for effective communication and collaboration with other departments such as the production department, the quality department and the Marketing Department;
◆ Report the project progress regularly and strictly control the project quality;
◆ Be responsible for the project acceptance work to ensure that the project achievements reach the expected goals;
◆ Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
◆ Majors such as mechanical Design Automation, mold design, Biomedical engineering, medical device Engineering, mechanical engineering, electronic engineering, Materials science, etc., with a college degree or above.
◆ Those with more than one year of experience in product R&D organization and management are preferred;
◆ Excellent academic performance at school, with an average score of no less than 90 in professional courses, and proficient in the key points of core professional course knowledge;
◆ Have all the basic knowledge of computer software major;
◆ Master common software tools: CAD, CAE, SolidWorks, Photoshop, CorelDraw, etc., and be able to read engineering drawings.
